Welcome to Squeeze Quiz ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Squeeze Quiz mobile application.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

 

1. Use of the App

You may use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App

• Use the App to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content

 

2. Analytics and Location Tracking

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymized usage and device information, including approximate or precise location data (if permissions are granted). This helps us improve user experience and app functionality.

All content, features, and functionality in the App (including logos, design, text, graphics, and software) are the property of Squeeze Quiz or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not use our branding or content without our written permission.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• Any data or content will be accurate or reliable

• The App will be secure or free from viruses

Use the App at your own risk.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squeeze Quiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the App.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
